A regular guy who got in shape in his 40s — and started a channel about it.

I didn’t get in shape in my 20s. I got in shape in my 40s — out of breath, out of practice, and pretty sure everyone at the gym was watching the old guy who had no idea what he was doing. (They weren’t. Nobody is. That was the first thing I had to learn.)

I’m not a personal trainer. I don’t have a sports-science degree. I’m just a regular guy who finally figured out how to start, stay consistent, and actually enjoy it — after years of starting and quitting. And I kept thinking: I wish someone had just told me the truth, without the hype and the six-pack-in-30-days nonsense.

So that’s what this is. No bro-science. No shame. No shortcuts that don’t exist. Just the stuff that actually works when you’re starting over later in life — videos, simple plans, and gear that doesn’t take itself too seriously.
